Field Trip!

This is one of the polaroids from my field trip today. We had to complete an "on location" fashion shoot for a magazine. We could choose the magazine we were shooting for, so I decided to have some fun with a "Paranormal Activity" magazine. I had to go location scouting earlier this week, and I found the perfect place for a ghost to hang out...the stairwell in an old firehouse-turned-craft company. It's now this flamboyantly painted building filled with all sorts of expensive crafts. I had to get special permission to be there...I guess I'm a good negotiator. I decided to have one of my friends dress up as a Ghostbuster, and then Val used a sheet lit from behind to create the ghost effect. I used drag shutter so that the sheet is blury, but then my model is in focus. I love how it turned out. I'm just hoping that my film came out better. It was so much fun though! I think I'm going to have to do another shoot sometime this week...most likely tomorrow evening. I need to find people who are interested in playing a part in my shoot...
