Night Photography

I just got home from shooting in Historic Ellicott City. I went with a guy from school...it just so happens that we are both from Columbia, MD, and we graduated the same year. I think that's pretty cool. Anyway, we actually had a chance to talk about stuff for the first time, and meanwhile we shot everything in sight.

I've converted nearly everything to black and white, however, there is one shot (the one of the river) that I kept in color. I just love how the color gives in this silver-ish glow.

In the near future, we both want to go back, and paint with light using my brother's "torch" (a 3 million candle power flashlight). I can't wait to do that! I'll post those as soon as we go on the shoot. Hopefully, it will be sometime this week or next week. We also want to head down to DC and shoot some of the city life down there. I've shot there before, and I think there are some really interesting things to capture. It's going to be a fun break!

You should make these pics bigger, because you can't see the spooky dogs eyes...
