So here's to cooperative weather. It was supposed to rain the day I shot this, but my model and I managed to make it outside while the sun was rising into nearly cloudless sky. I love the morning light we can see in the background. And like the effect I created by using my white sheet to diffuse the strobe. It really softens her features which is what I was going for.
I had originally planned on using this for my surreal portrait, however, I don't think it's surreal enough. It's not that strange at all except that I was going for a "faries do not exist" theme. And then I ended up getting a fashion portrait. Oops. Maybe I can use this for something else in the near future.
