Okay. This is a piece of algae from a fish bowl. My partner and I decided that we wanted to shoot the assignment again after we looked at our images from the first shoot and realized that we forgot to clean the camera sensor. (They were the filthiest images I've ever seen!) Of these two, the first was taken a continuous light source, making it less sharp than the flash exposure. I spent a couple of hours trying to color balance these, only to remember that I didn't have to turn them in in color... I was so annoyed. But, the black and white definitely cut down on the amount of work I had to complete tonight. (And that's a good thing because I'm slightly inebriated this evening... ;) )
