Look at That!



These are the nine cardinal gazes. The doctors use these images to assess the strength and flexibility of the muscles that coordinate the movement of an individual's eye. We had to photograph these and put them together on a poster (as seen here). I was kind of shocked at how easy this was to shoot... my partner and I set up a tri-pod so that each image would be at the exact same distance from the camera... thus the same magnification. It took all of five minutes to capture once we set the magnification (roughly 1:5).

We then had to make a poster. I learned that you can actually set your crop tool to a certain ratio, so that it will always keep the same dimensions for each image. I found that to be extremely helpful, and it made it so much easier for me to have uniform images on my poster.
