I modeled last night for a good friend of mine. It was her first time in the studio, and therefor she had to use the tungsten lights. Her teacher told her to take a regular portrait, and use 4 different lights; main, fill, background, and hair. I showed her a few tricks of the trade, and her lighting looked wonderful. Nice job, newbie!
