I have to admit that I hit the jack-pot here. This is where I get to spend my afternoons and evenings so long as the weather is nice. I can people watch, read my books, tool around on the internet, etc, all from a comfortable shady spot high above the street. I can hear conversations going on, the birds chirping, dogs getting into fights (it happens a lot around here...) and the occasional kitten meowing. HA, last night, I heard a bit of a domestic dispute going down... I thought there was going to be a brawl... I looked out my window at the perfect time... one guy was getting ready to beat the crap out of the other. He ended up breaking the window of the apartment complex's door instead of anyone's bones. The police were called. No blood.
But seriously, for the most part, this is the best place in the world to relax. The only thing I wish I had was a hammock. But the wicker chairs are pretty great.
I like it here... sometimes it smells like California, which is amazing.
Please forgive me for the stretching of the panorama. I wasn't rotating the camera on the nodal point, so there are different perspectives going on there...
